We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was unique and fairly clean, with marvellous and amazing location right across from the entrance to the national park.

We appreciated the place and rich and large breakfast in it.

The breakfast had plenty of fruit juices, toast, yogurt, and cereals. The staff were both knowledgeable and excellent.

The hotel was clean with exceptionally kind and pleasant staff who provided us with hearty breakfasts. The location was marvellous and amazing and the services were great.

Unique fabulous boutique hotel, magnificent views, beautiful location convenient to Coast Guard beach. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helped me with free parking. Impressive room, exceptionally comfortable beds, large bathroom. Location right by Cape Cod National Seashore.

Our room at the inn was small but cozy and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The upgraded continental breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a variety of fresh fruit salad, scones, juices, and coffee. The hosts were friendly and not intrusive, and we loved the charming log fire at night. The location was perfect, right across the street from the National Seashore Visitor's Centre and beach access. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Had FANTASTIC stay for 1st night of 3 night stay with very welcoming staff and favourable location in One restaurant in Orleans. Liked the room with a fridge, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly situated among the top 5 places to stay on Cape Cod, with easy access to the national park across the street. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is satisfying, with fresh produce and homemade pastries. Guests can lounge and take in the picturesque view on the porch or rooftop terrace. There are also plenty of leisure facilities nearby, perfect for a day out exploring.

This hotel lacks a pool or fitness center for guests looking for more active leisure options.
